It is with much gratitude that Gym Lou’s is able to offer a variety of free events to the community. We strive to provide low cost opportunities for San Juan County residents to enhance their health, fitness, wellness, and overall quality of life.
As part of our mission and commitment to our community, Gym Lou’s plans to offer healthy cooking classes, free women’s self-defense classes, group hikes, and much more. But we need your support. We invite you to make a donation to our health and wellness programs to help us continue the work we are doing.
Read more about how we (along with Capacity Builders Inc.), are making a difference in San Juan County and the Navajo Nation through our many programs including teenage pregnancy and drug and alcohol prevention; stopping suicide by training members in our community to become certified suicide-alert helpers or mental health first aiders; and helping at-risk youth obtain their GEDs or be the first ones in their families to graduate from college.
